HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Please request your arrival and departure dates below.  The meeting officially starts Jan. 17 (Welcome Dinner) and ends on Jan. 20 (Farewell Dinner) with check out on Jan. 21. 

The group rate of $333 single / $361 double (plus tax) is available for 3 days prior to or after the meeting.  If you wish to arrive early or extend your stay, please make a reservation for 4 (or 5) nights below, then email [email protected] with your request.  Additional nights will be confirmed based on hotel availability.  All pre/post meeting room nights will be payable upon check-in at the hotel.


SOCIAL GUEST REGISTRATION

Guest Registration includes Welcome Dinner, buffet breakfast daily (incl. tax & gratuity), RT airport transfers (shared with attendee), social guest program, group tour with lunch, and Farewell Group Dinner.

Please note: If you need to charge your social guest to a different credit card (i.e. not a university card), please complete the registration and payment for yourself first, then email [email protected] or call 305-661-5581 to add your social guest.
