HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Please request your arrival and departure dates below. The meeting officially starts Jan. 22 (Welcome Dinner) and ends on Jan. 25 (Farewell Dinner) with check out on Jan. 26. The group rate is available for 3 days prior to or after the meeting. If you need to arrive early or extend your stay, please make a reservation request below, then email [email protected] with your request BEFORE booking flights. Additional nights will be confirmed based on hotel availability.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

Nexus Tours is the onsite tour provider at the Royalton Saint Lucia Resort. A wide variety of tours are available to book directly with their company online: SEE ALL TOURS

Online bookings are open to all resort guests, so reserve early to guarantee availability. January tours should become available online in early Fall 2024 (search for earlier dates to see the variety of tour options). Book online or call 1-888-611-3536.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Once you have booked your flights, submit your details HERE so we can arrange your airport transfer(s). Allow 3 hours before an international flight for your arrival time at the airport. UVF airport is ~1:15 hour drive from the hotel, depending on traffic. The transfer company will need to depart the hotel around 4-4.5 hours before your flight departure time.

Note: Transfers are included for registered chairs and social guests only. If you have additional guests, transfers can be arranged at an additional cost (contact us).

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less $100 cancellation fee, will be processed up to Nov 15th. After that date, no refunds are allowed. Substitutions will be accepted. For support or to cancel your registration and request a refund, please contact Karen Gottlieb at [email protected] or call 305-661-5581.
